Start with the guest count, not the menu
Catering costs in the Philippines are quoted per head, so the guest count drives almost every other decision. Our full-service buffets are priced per pax and require a minimum of 50 guests; events below that still go ahead, but a mobilization fee of ₱5,000 or 10% of the contract price — whichever is higher — applies. Rates are exclusive of 12% VAT and a delivery fee, which depends on distance from our Novaliches kitchen. Once you know roughly how many guests are coming, a menu can be built to fit the budget instead of the other way around.
Choose a package by the number of dishes
Each package is really a dish count. Our entry package pairs one appetizer and two main entrées with soup, pasta, salad, a vegetable, dessert and drinks; the mid-tier package adds a second appetizer and a third main; our largest package pairs two appetizers with four mains and two desserts, plus a bread station. That is why the menu builder asks you to pick a set number of dishes per course — it keeps the quotation honest and makes it easy to compare packages side by side.

What a full-service setup includes
Full-service means we bring the kitchen with us: buffet tables with warmers, guest tables with floor-length linens and seat covers, fine china, glassware and flatware, plus waiters and buffet attendants for the standard event duration. Venue access fees, caterer's bonds and parking charges are settled with the venue by the client, which is why we ask for the venue name early — it affects both logistics and the delivery fee.
Food tasting before you commit
A food tasting serves the exact menu chosen for your event, for two to three people, at our office or a venue you prefer. The ₱3,000 tasting fee is deductible from your contract once the confirmed guest count reaches 50 pax. On the day, you can ask the kitchen to adjust seasoning and doneness to your family's taste — that feedback is written into the event file.
Book early, and keep the timeline simple
Dates are first-come, first-served and are only blocked once the 20% down payment is settled; the balance is due at least 15 days before the event. For weddings and debuts in Metro Manila we suggest enquiring three to six months ahead, and for corporate functions at least a month. Kiddie parties follow the same rule, though their rate note is different: Rates are subject to a 10% service charge, a ₱6,000 delivery and pull-out fee, and 12% VAT. Venue access fees (if any) and transportation surcharges for locations outside central Metro Manila are billed separately.
